Alexa Fluor® 555和 Alexa Fluor® 568标记二抗——Jackson 新品推荐
在进行多个靶标的免疫荧光实验时，可区分开的不同光谱的荧光染料和与其他物种交叉吸附的二抗对于特异性检测每个靶标至关重要。Jackson ImmunoReseach最-新推出两种Alexa Fluor® 标记二抗， Alexa Fluor® 555和Alexa Fluor® 568，这两种染料明亮且易于使用，补充了Jackson现有的Alexa Fluor® 标记二抗系列产品线，为橙色通道提供了两种新的荧光选择。除了广谱范围的荧光外，Jackson ImmunoReseach Alexa Fluor®偶联的二抗还具有广泛的靶特异性。它们与对许多常见物种交叉反应最小的驴或山羊宿主来源的二抗偶联，以避免多种一抗之间的交叉反应。
》实验示例1
DAPI、Alexa Fluor® 488、Alexa Fluor® 555和Alexa Fluor® 647的四色免疫荧光
● 通过对人喉表皮样癌细胞HEp-2进行细胞内蛋白标记物染色来证明该四色荧光组合的可行性（图1）。
● 使用抗Ki-67（细胞增殖标志物，ref 1），再用Alexa Fluor® 488偶联的驴抗兔（H+L）(711-545-152)，绿色显示细胞增殖；使用抗α微管蛋白（Mouse Anti-α tubulin）对微管进行染色，再用Alexa Fluor® 555偶联的驴抗鼠IgG (H+L) (715-565-150)，观察到的微管为黄色。顺式高尔基体基质蛋白参与高尔基体胞室的堆叠和高尔基体结构的维持（ref 2），使用抗人GM130/GOLGA2染色，搭配Alexa Fluor® 647标记的驴抗羊IgG (H+L) (713-605-147)，可在细胞核边缘看到红色的顺式高尔基体基质蛋白。细胞核用DAPI染色后呈蓝色（图 2）。

DAPI、Alexa Fluor® 488、Alexa Fluor® 568、Alexa Fluor® 647的四色免疫荧光
